Bell, a senior from Rayville, LA, was expected to be a major offensive contributor this season.
As a junior, Bell caught 17 passes for 431 yards including three touchdown receptions.

Saban said he gave a "personal day" to Kenny Bell and should be back to practice tomorrow.On the surface, it would appear that Bell's declaration to quit the Tide football team was a "knee- jerk" reaction to potentially a plethora of concerns.
