Safety Landon Collins (LA) and athlete Cyrus Jones (MD) each verbally committed to the Crimson Tide during the annual high school showcase which was held Thursday night in St. Petersburg, FL.
Collins, a five-star prospect, and Jones, a four-star prospect, are both regarded as two of the most highly touted players in the country.
With the BCS title game just days away, it is worth noting that Collins is considered the top prospect in the state of Louisiana per Rivals.com.
