Clark and Toussaint suspended for ‘Bama game

One of the major topics of conversation this week has been the playing status of Michigan defensive end Frank Clark, and most notably, the playing status of running back Fitz Toussaint.

Friday morning UM head coach Brady Hoke went public with his decision, revealing that Clark and Toussaint will not play against Alabama. In fact, neither player will make the trip to Arlington, Texas.

When the status of Clark and Toussaint was still very much a mystery, the consensus seemed to lend itself to a “game-time decision” come Saturday night. However, given the aforementioned information, that will obviously not be the case.

Prior to the announced suspensions, Alabama was a 14 point favorite over the Wolverines.
